Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to drive financial reporting excellence, support business planning processes, and deliver actionable insights through data analysis and visualization tools.Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and optimize reports using advanced data analytics techniques and visualization tools;Business Planning Expertise: Partner with business stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and develop comprehensive business plans;Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial forecasts and budgets; Create dynamic visualizations and dashboards to support decision-making;Accounting & Compliance: Apply strong accounting knowledge to ensure accurate financial statements and adherence to GAAP; Collaborate with accounting teams to reconcile data and validate reporting integrity.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred;5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles;Advanced proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting techniques;Strong understanding of financial modeling, variance analysis, and data visualization;Excellent communication and presentation skills.BenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, contribute to the success of our organization, and grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
