Role Overview:

The Sr. Manager/AVP/VP of Partnerships will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic partnership plan, from scratch, that drives leads having intent and interest to buy investment property in the U.S and work closely with internal teams to achieve conversion. This role will focus on:

· Building and nurturing COI (Center of Influence) relationship for referrals with businesses & individuals in India & Overseas such as International and Local Private Banks, Retail Banks, IFAs, Family Offices, MFOs, Independent Wealth Managers/Advisors, Insurance Companies, Asset Management and Professional Services firms, Local Mortgage Brokers, Realtors, Accountants, Tax Advisors.
· Building partnership with Influencers.
· Finding, participating and organising events/conferences that align with HomeAbroad’s mission to facilitate cross-border property ownership for international investors and newcomers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development/partnerships, an understanding of the real estate market as an asset class, and a proven track record of securing and managing high-value partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development: Building and nurturing COI (Center of Influence) relationship for referrals with businesses & individuals. Leverage these relationships to create mutually beneficial opportunities that align with HomeAbroad’s business goals.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop and implement strategies to convert partnerships into qualified leads, focusing on the High Net Worth segment. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to transaction.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners. Act as the main point of contact for all partnership-related activities, ensuring ongoing collaboration and success.
Market & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities for partnerships. Use data-driven insights to refine partnership strategies and optimize results.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favourable terms and alignment with HomeAbroad’s objectives. Oversee contract execution and monitor partnership performance.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of partnership managers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related role, preferably within the finance, real estate or luxury sectors.
Demonstrated success in developing high-value partnerships and generating HNW leads.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel as needed for partnership meetings and events.
