Job Title: Business Analytics SpecialistWe are seeking highly skilled Business Analytics Specialists to join our team and support a major core health insurance platform transformation program.Key Responsibilities:Design and streamline provider lifecycle processes, approval flows, data models, and integrations with claims, fraud, and finance.Define onboarding workflows, sales hierarchy, commission rules, compliance controls, and integration with CRM/finance.Map underwriting journeys, build rule sets, decision matrices, reinsurance triggers, and ensure alignment with IRDAI product approvals.Design end-to-end claims workflows, workload balancing rules, TPA API/EDI interfaces, escalation paths, and fraud triggers.Define processes for issuance, renewal, upgrades/downgrades, endorsements, cancellations, and premium logic.Define IRDAI reporting frameworks, data models, mapping logic, and MIS dashboards.Requirements:Solid knowledge of IRDAI regulationsStrong process design capabilitiesAbility to translate business logic into detailed system requirementsBenefits:Opportunity to work on a major core health insurance platform transformation programCollaborative and dynamic work environmentProfessional development opportunitiesWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation packageComprehensive benefits programOpportunities for career growth and advancement
