Sr. Systems AdministratorThe Systems Administrator would report to the Manager of Systems Engineering performing functions related to the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure supporting the business including data center operations, hardware, operating systems, user administration, virtualization, and backups and recovery of the environment. This person would work closely with team members around the globe to provide 24x7 support including occasional on-call responsibilities. Sr. Systems Administrator must be able to work well with others, taking direction from team leads to complete his/her own projects, while acquiring information from the team as needed. This person would work to maintain the current environment and meet the needs of users on a day to day basis. The Sr. Systems Administrator will be able to solve problems injecting his/her own experience, assisting less experience team members to complete tasks and developing documentation for standard operating procedures.Tasks Include:Helping to integrate hardware, software, network, process and as requiredMaintaining established Linux/Windows environment working tickets as requiredUser and group management in LDAP and Windows ADPerforming system builds and decommissions as requiredPatching of OS, firmware, BIOS of systemsMaintenance of existing infrastructure services (DNS, LDAP, NTP, Monitoring, environment)Assisting in effort to integrate hardware, software, network, process and procedure from various business unitsExecuting a plan for data center consolidation including system builds/tear downs, migration to different data centerProfile includes:Good Communication SkillsAble to take directionAttention to detailRequired:4+ years Linux, Unix (Solaris, AIX, Other) administration1-2 years VMWare or other virtualization experience1-2 Years shell scripting (bash, bsh, ksh, sed, awk), Perl, Ruby or Python or PowerShell3+ years Windows and Domain Administration R2)3+ years TCP/IP3+ years Hardware management (HP/Dell/Cisco UCS)4+ years MS-Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Lync or Skype For Business)Ability to lift 50lbsAbility to climb ladders as requiredDesired:1-2 years Citrix administration1-2 years F5 load balancer administration1-2 years backup administration (Netbackup, Networker, Bacula)Company Summary:Zeta Global is a NYSE listed data-powered marketing technology company with a heritage of innovation and industry leadership.
