Job Description:This role involves providing crucial support to a team of Lead Global Master Data Consultants as they prepare data for conversion and migration, design and test master data governance systems, and deliver accurate, complete, and integral data preparation work.The ideal candidate will focus on customer, product, direct material, indirect material, vendor, customer hierarchy, and product hierarchy domains. Responsibilities include data preparation, cleansing, standardization, harmonization, requirements localization, SAP S4 Master data value mapping, coordination of cross-workstream data element requirements, test data creation, data validation, bug investigation, change management, and training.This self-starter will work on multiple global projects at once, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Requirements:5+ years' experience in master data management, preferably within a consumer products companyStrong understanding of master data and transactional data processes, architecture, hierarchies, relationships, and interdependenciesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAble to work independently with minimal supervisionBenefits:This role reports to the Director Data & Analytics and offers opportunities for growth and development within the company.
