Our platform enables users to trade derivatives on Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana and other cryptos.Job Summary:This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing start-up. We are looking for talent that is hungry for growth and can hustle to deliver in a fast-paced environment.Main Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear and actionable functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for developers.Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, quant researchers, and other cross-functional team members throughout the product development lifecycle.Work closely with developers to prioritize tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of trading operations and reporting features.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trading operations and reporting solutions, such as user engagement, performance, and reliability.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.Experience working in financial services, exchange operations, trading, and similar industries.Proven experience (4+ years) in product management, with a focus on functional requirements for web applications.
