Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor‘s degree in chemical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
- Master‘s degree or specialized certification in renewable energy or hydrogen technology is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the renewable energy sector, hydrogen production, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of green hydrogen production technologies and processes.
- Familiarity with energy storage systems, electrolysis, and hydrogen infrastructure.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental considerations.
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Role Requirements

- Manage and oversee the development and operation of green hydrogen production projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize hydrogen production processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all hydrogen-related activities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of hydrogen production systems and recommend improvements.
- Manage the procurement and installation of equipment for hydrogen generation and storage.
- Develop and maintain relationships with technology providers, suppliers, and partners.
- Prepare technical documentation, feasibility studies, and project reports.
- Contribute to budgeting, cost estimation, and financial analysis for green hydrogen projects.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency enhancement in hydrogen production.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and policy changes related to green hydrogen.
- Provide technical expertise and support to teams involved in hydrogen-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to explore new technologies and solutions.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Evaluate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for hydrogen projects.
- Represent the organization in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Support business development efforts by providing technical insights and feasibility assessments.
- Mentor and guide junior team members and share knowledge within the organization.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance-related paperwork.
- Drive continuous improvement in hydrogen production processes and operations.
- Ensure that all projects align with the organization‘s sustainability goals and objectives.
- Adapt strategies and approaches based on project requirements and industry developments.
