Senior Data Science ConsultantWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Science Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our research and development department, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of large-scale user engagement predictive models.The ideal candidate should have prior experience in deep learning and natural language processing, with a strong background in applied machine learning and conceptual understanding. Proficiency in hands-on Python and one or more popular deep learning frameworks is essential. Additionally, experience working on cloud platforms, preferably AWS, is desirable.Key Responsibilities:Developing models to analyze user behavior patterns on OTT platforms and predicting their likelihood of leaving, along with plausible reasons behind their behavior.Building causal inference–based intervention models aimed at retaining users on the platform.Contributing to developing and evaluating models leveraging pre-trained LLMs.Requirements:A PhD degree in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence.Prior experience in developing large-scale prediction and reasoning models.Strong knowledge and interest in LLMs (fine-tuning, training and using LLMs).Ability to envision new ideas and prove them through theory and/or experiments.Preferred Skills:Causal Inference expertise.Publication record in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, KDD, AAAI, SIGIR, RecSys, WSDM, ICDM, ECML).About Us:We are committed to equal opportunity in all our employment practices, policies, and procedures.We strive to foster a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment.Contact Us:
