Job Title: Interior Design SpecialistAs a skilled Interior Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive interior design concepts for luxury residences. This is a full-time remote position that requires strong technical expertise, exceptional design sense, and hands-on experience with high-end residential interiors.Key Responsibilities:Design Development: Develop innovative interior design concepts for luxury villas and high-end residences.Technical Drafting & Working Drawings: Prepare detailed drawings including furniture layout, wardrobe and modular kitchen detailing, toilet and utility detailing, false ceiling (POP), electrical/lighting layout, flooring pattern drawings, wall elevations and sectional details.Collaborate with 3D teams to provide conceptual guidance.Provide material specifications and finish schedules.Coordinate daily with site engineers to address technical clarifications.Update drawings as per real-site changes and client inputs.Maintain organized documentation and deliver every drawing within committed timelines.
