Job DescriptionUnlocking Opportunities in On-Chain Liquidity ProvisionWe are expanding our horizons into on-chain liquidity provision and automated market-making across modern decentralized exchange (DEX) ecosystems.This role is focused on building Rust-based trading infrastructure, DEX integrations, LP management tools, and MEV-aware execution services. Our high-impact engineering team will work on real-time systems, blockchain interaction layers, and automated strategies across multiple chains.Key Responsibilities: On-Chain Market Making: Build Rust-based engines for automated liquidity provision, price quoting, and range management. Implement systems that update LP positions dynamically using volatility signals, price feeds, and inventory conditions. Integrate with concentrated-liquidity DEXs (AMM/CLMM pools). Blockchain Integration: Build and maintain the core blockchain interaction layer: transaction construction and signing, on-chain event streaming, state queries, batch transactions, and bundling. Implement reliable WebSocket, RPC, JSON-RPC integration with full error recovery. MEV-Aware Execution: Design execution pathways that minimize front-running, sandwich attacks, flash-loan driven toxic flow. Contribute to internal tooling around MEV simulation, slippage prediction, and routing logic. Research & Analytics Support: Develop tools to backtest CLMM strategies using historical chain data. Build internal simulators for pool behaviour, liquidity shifts, fee accrual, and volatility-driven regime changes. Provide high-quality analytics for trading decisions and pool design. Required Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Rust, async programming, and systems-level development. Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, especially state management and transaction life cycles. Experience integrating with Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs). Understanding of AMM models, CLMM (v3-style) mechanics, liquidity ticks, and impermanent loss. Strong engineering foundations: concurrency, distributed systems, API design. Comfort working with cryptographic primitives, RPC nodes, and web3 tooling.Benefits: Opportunity to build a full on-chain trading stack from zero.
