Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing social media video ads creatively for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will design and oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design to ensure your juniors are trained in the field. ResponsibilitiesOversee design and production of all online and offline marketing materialConceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaignsIdeate and execute graphic and video ads on a daily basis as per requirementCreate weekly research and ideation reports Qualifications2+ years of video ad design experienceExperience using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Premiere ProStrong typography skillsStrong Composition skillsUnderstands brand guidelinesUnderstanding of social media advertisementCan produce at least 2 Facebook video ads per dayOther Important Details:Job Location: RemoteWorking days: Monday to FridayWorking Time: 10:00 am to 07:00 pmSalary: Depending on relevant experience & interview performanceImmediate joiner preferred > Perks: Flexible remote work to help maintain work-life balance, Opportunity to work with young and enthusiastic professionals who can contribute to your knowledge and skills.For more information: Visit our website https://adbuffs.com/ and for applying to send your updated resumes to ketki.deshpande@adbuffs.com.
