Job TitleA seasoned contract professional sought to oversee the management of US-based MSP staffing contracts.The ideal candidate will possess expertise in contract review, negotiation, and execution. Strong communication skills are required for effective collaboration with stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, HR, and Legal teams.This role involves reviewing and summarizing key terms in contracts such as Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs, Addendums, Amendments, Subcontractor and Vendor Agreements.Key ResponsibilitiesContract Review & Negotiation Support:Review, redline, and summarize key terms in contracts.Support the legal/commercial team in drafting and responding to contractual changes.MSP/VMS Compliance & Coordination:Support contract execution and compliance within MSP programs and VMS platforms.Review and maintain adherence to client-specific onboarding, background checks, SLA requirements, and insurance obligations.Stakeholder & Documentation Management:Collaborate with India and US teams to coordinate contract lifecycle activities.Maintain accurate records of all executed contracts and related correspondence.Reporting & Communication:Prepare summaries and contract risk reports.Communicate effectively with US counterparts to ensure alignment on key contract terms and updates.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.4–7 years of experience in contract management, preferably supporting US staffing or MSP/VMS clients.Independent Contractor Vetting Experience is a must.Experience in global contracts is considered an asset.Preferred SkillsExperience working with US-based clients in MSP/VMS environments.Familiarity with tools like AdobeSign, Sharepoint, or other CLM tools.Knowledge of data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and insurance/compliance documentation.
