Job Opportunity: Cloud HCM Solutions SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.Expert knowledge in human capital management covering the entire employee lifecycle.Proven experience in modules like benefits, compensation, payroll, and core HR.In-depth understanding of HCM cloud business processes and data flow.The selected individual will be responsible for collaborating with clients, gathering requirements, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying HCM solutions. They must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be a team player, problem solver, influencer, and negotiator.Key Responsibilities:Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.Solution Design: Design and configure HCM solutions that meet client requirements.Implementation: Oversee the implementation of HCM solutions, ensuring successful deployment.Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues that may arise.Requirements:Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.Successful implementation of at least two HCM projects.Strong working knowledge of HCM cloud business processes and data flow.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bonus Points:Prior experience in OTL and absence management.Understanding of US payroll and benefits administration.
