Generative AI Model DeveloperIn this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing cutting-edge generative artificial intelligence models and systems.You will play a crucial part in creating AI-powered solutions that generate high-quality clinically relevant texts while pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.This requires a deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and generative modeling techniques.The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of full-time industry experience.Hands-on experience in contemporary AI, such as training generative AI models like LLMs and image-to-text models is necessary.Specialized expertise in model fine-tuning, RLHF, RAG, LLM tool use, etc. is required.Familiarity with LLM-based workflows/architectures and proficiency in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Transformer, and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Vertex AI or similar platforms is essential.Collaboration with software engineers to integrate generative models into production systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency of deployed models is a key responsibility.Effective data visualization approaches and a keen eye for detail in visual communication of findings are also necessary skills.Your Key Responsibilities:Develop new LLMs for medical imaging.Implement methods to improve training efficiency and extend or improve LLM capabilities, reliability, and safety in image-to-text generation using medical data.Perform data preprocessing, indexing, and feature engineering specific to healthcare image and text data.Stay up-to-date with research literature and think beyond the state of the art to address user needs.BenefitsA competitive salary.An opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects.About UsWe are a leading company in the field of AI and we offer our employees opportunities to grow and develop their skills.
