Infrastructure Specialist Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and maintain our company's physical server environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure solutions for clients.Main Responsibilities:Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain physical server environments (Dell and HPE) for clients.Storage Management: Perform installation, configuration, and ongoing management of enterprise storage solutions from multiple vendors.Directory Services: Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize hybrid Active Directory environments.Hardware Refreshes and Migrations: Lead hardware refreshes, server migrations, and data center projects as required by client engagements.Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for server, storage, and directory services issues.Security and Performance: Ensure the security, stability, and optimal performance of the infrastructure.Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure designs, configurations, and standard operating procedures.Cloud Integration: Collaborate with cloud engineers to ensure seamless integration of on-premises infrastructure with cloud platforms.Requirements and QualificationsProven experience in managing and maintaining infrastructure solutions.Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining physical server environments.Knowledge of enterprise storage solutions and their management.Ability to troubleshoot and optimize hybrid Active Directory environments.Leadership skills for hardware refreshes, server migrations, and data center projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.About This OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Specialist.
