This high-impact role is focused on bringing real-time, industrial-grade analysis directly to the browser, significantly impacting how products are designed, costed, and produced globally. Design and Implement ML Models: Develop machine learning models for analyzing the geometry of injection molded plastic parts. Computer Vision Algorithms: Create algorithms for automated feature detection in 3D CAD models. Predictive Models: Build predictive models for manufacturing cost estimation, cycle time prediction, and defect analysis. Inference Engines: Design real-time inference engines optimized for browser-based deployment using TensorFlow.js/ONNX.js. Data Pipelines: Develop data pipelines for continuous model training and improvement. Main Responsibilities & Impact Browse-Based AI Systems: Architect efficient browser-based AI systems that process large 3D models. Integration: Integrate STEP/STL file processing with AI analysis workflows. High-Performance Computation: Develop WebAssembly modules for high-performance geometry computation. Scalable Model Serving Infrastructure: Build scalable model serving infrastructure supporting real-time analysis. Manufacturing Analysis & DFM DFM Analysis: Develop DFM analysis algorithms for wall thickness, draft angles, undercuts, and gate placement. Moldflow Simulation: Build moldflow simulation capabilities using AI-accelerated CFD techniques. Quality Prediction Models: Implement quality prediction models for common injection molding defects.
