Job OpportunityThe successful applicant will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, driving content planning, strategic direction, and execution.Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy & Creative DirectionDevelop comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.Create detailed content concepts and briefs for approval and collaboration with creative teams.Ensure all planned content aligns with brand identity, industry standards, and market expectations.Introduce new ideas, trends, formats, and creative directions to evolve client content continuously.Optimise brand presence across social media platforms.Content Production WorkflowLead regular planning sessions with videographers and creative teams.Translate client briefs into executable content outlines and shot lists.Collaborate with the video team on-site deliverables and leverage their insights for future ideation.Ensure all content is produced according to scope and client specifications.Content Calendar Creation & ApprovalsBuild comprehensive content calendars including post sequence, captions, copywriting, hashtags, and content structure.Submit calendars to clients for review, track feedback, and communicate revisions efficiently.Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all content postings.Graphic Design CoordinationDevelop detailed creative briefs for graphic designers on non-video content projects.Review and approve final designs to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and industry standards.Scheduling & Posting Schedule approved content in bulk or perform daily postings. Ensure consistency across social media platforms and timely marketing moments.Reporting & Performance AnalysisPrepare regular reports including platform analytics, growth and engagement breakdown, post-by-post performance, and key insights.Provide strategic recommendations for improvement and track performance changes over time.Client Management & CommunicationUnderstand client objectives, preferences, and brand tone deeply.Ensure consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
