Dynamics ConsultantWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Consultant to deliver applications support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions and the wider Microsoft Power Platform.The successful candidate will provide expertise in working closely with business users, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth system operations, timely resolution of incidents, and the ongoing optimization of CRM and Power Platform solutions.Responsibilities include:Troubleshooting issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).Support and maintain Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.Configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE including Plugins, Javascripts, Web Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.System upgrade management, Wave updates, and patch deployments ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption.Solution lifecycle management (DevOps, ALM).Escalation point for customers primarily but also across the wider team.Best practice champion within the team.Collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications or change requests.
