Role Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic mental health team at myndwynd. This position entails conducting psychological evaluations, administering therapy, and offering clinical supervision. The ideal candidate will collaborate with colleagues to devise and implement treatment strategies aimed at enhancing emotional well-being and recovery. This role is a hybrid position, predominantly based in Mumbai with the option for remote work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to gauge clients' emotional and mental health status
  • Diagnose mental health conditions using standardized assessment tools and DSM criteria
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the client's needs and objectives
  • Administer evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary mental health professionals for coordinated care
  • Offer crisis intervention and support during acute episodes
  • Maintain accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
  • Stay informed about advancements in psychology and engage in continuous education
  • Provide mental health education and consultation to colleagues and the community


Qualifications

  • PsyD or PhD in Psychology from an accredited institution
  • RCI certification is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical psychology or a related field
  • Proficiency in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team
  • Dedication to ethical standards and client confidentiality
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
