This is a unique opportunity to own the entire ecosystem and drive revenue, engagement, and long-term success for our astrologers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the South India astrologer segment, leveraging your expertise in business development and team management.Oversee the segment's performance metrics, including revenue, quality, engagement numbers, and performance KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Conduct thorough analysis of trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance call/chat volume, repeat users, and astrologer earnings.Design and launch growth experiments, track results, and scale successful initiatives to maximize impact.Astrologer Success & Community BuildingDrive daily active astrologer growth, increase availability, and improve service KPIs, fostering a thriving community of skilled professionals.Mentor, coach, and partner with every astrologer in the region, providing guidance on customer engagement, retention, and ethical consultation standards.Train astrologers in building loyal user relationships, increasing conversion rates, and maintaining a strong communication loop, ensuring long-term loyalty and stability.Product Strategy & Feature LeadershipServe as the voice of South India astrologers within the product team, collecting insights and translating them into actionable product improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build enhanced astrologer dashboards, performance trackers, and features that boost call, chat, and live capabilities.Develop clear PRDs, test new builds, and ensure smooth feature rollouts, prioritizing seamless operational experiences for astrologers.360° Operational ExcellenceResolve issues related to onboarding, payments, app usage, and performance blockers, ensuring a seamless experience for astrologers.Cultivate a strong ecosystem health by coordinating with support, finance, QA, and tech teams, promoting collaboration and open communication.
