Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Workflow DesignerWe are seeking an experienced GenAI Pipeline/Workflow Engineer to design and maintain node-graph and script-based pipelines that utilize tools such as ComfyUI and Stable Diffusion to produce consistent shots and sequences.This role sits between artists and infrastructure, ensuring that AI-based workflows are predictable, efficient, and suitable for production use.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain ComfyUI/Stable Diffusion-based pipelines for key use cases.Design first-frame-controlled and reference-guided workflows that preserve characters, composition, and style across multiple shots.Collaborate with the Technical Director to expose workflows as APIs with clear contracts and versioning.Profile and optimize pipelines for speed, cost, and quality.Requirements:4–8+ years of experience in technical media, VFX, creative coding, or ML/computer vision engineering.Strong experience with ComfyUI or similar node-graph tools; familiarity with LoRA, ControlNet/IP-Adapter, and modern image/video models.Proficiency in Python and ffmpeg for programmatic image and video processing.Understanding of GPU resource constraints, inference optimization, and typical generative model failure modes.A portfolio of workflows, tools, or demos is highly desirable.
