We’re looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for crafting compelling digital campaigns. You will lead our marketing efforts, ensuring our brand reaches the right audience through targeted strategies and innovative content across various digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote services and listings.
  • Identify target audiences and create campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
  • Launch and manage campaigns on social media and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, ROI, and brand visibility.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content, including videos, market reports, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Optimize the company website to improve organic traffic and user experience.
  • Manage web content to ensure accurate, relevant and engaging information.
  • Track key metrics such as lead conversion rates, website traffic, and campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Partner with external stakeholders for co-branded campaigns.
  • Coordinate with PR and events teams to amplify offline efforts digitally.
  • Manage external agencies to execute strategies effectively.
Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with the real estate market, trends, and client behavior.
  • Experience in marketing high-value products or services is a plus.
  • Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in SEO and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Basic understanding of video editing or graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.
  • Creativity combined with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
