Regional Trade Marketing Expert RoleThe objective of this position is to drive regional trade marketing initiatives, ensuring brand visibility, market activation, and executional excellence across the assigned region.Key responsibilities include:Monitoring competitor activities, collecting retailer and wholesaler insights, and gathering NPD feedback.Maintaining ownership of POP materials and ensuring effective dissemination.Briefing and training local agencies/vendors for merchandising execution.Implementing merchandising apps for efficient market data capture.Additional responsibilities include managing permanent and semi-permanent assets, driving wholesale engagement, coordinating outdoor visibility, executing BTL activations, and supporting NPD launches.This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including sales teams, category managers, and senior leadership. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to success in this position.A successful candidate will be an experienced trade marketer with a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns. They will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, as well as strong commercial acumen.The ideal candidate will be passionate about the FMCG industry and have a deep understanding of the trade marketing landscape. They will be able to think creatively, develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
