Job Description – Full-Stack Developer (AI-Focused)Location: HyderabadWork Mode: On SiteExperience: 5–7 YearsJob OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong AI development expertise (end-to-end model building, not just API integration). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing scalable web/mobile applications along with designing, training, fine-tuning, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML models.This role requires deep expertise in React.js, Python, React Native, and solid exposure to Node.js, Java, relational databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).Key ResponsibilitiesAI Development (Core Responsibility)- Design, build, train, fine-tune, and optimize AI/ML models using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn.- Develop LLM-based applications, fine-tune models (LLaMA, GPT, Mistral, etc.), and optimize performance.- Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search systems.- Build AI agents, prompt pipelines, workflow orchestration, and memory-enabled systems.- Create and manage training datasets (preprocessing, augmentation, labeling, feature engineering).- Optimize inference using quantization, batching, GPU utilization, and containerized serving.- Deploy AI models via cloud services, scalable inference servers, or custom endpoints.Full-Stack Engineering- Develop modern, high-performance frontend applications using React.js.- Build backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask).- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.- Integrate proprietary and open-source AI models with custom business logic.Backend, Databases & Architecture- Design relational schemas and data structures using MySQL and PostgreSQL.- Write complex SQL queries, views, triggers, indexing, and performance tuning.- Architect scalable, low-latency backend systems.- Work on legacy or hybrid systems using Node.js or Java when required.Cloud, MLOps & Deployment- Deploy applications and AI models on AWS/Azure (EC2, Lambda, App Services, EKS, AKS).- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and model delivery.- Containerize workloads using Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus.- Implement monitoring, logging, evaluation, drift detection, and retraining pipelines.Collaboration & Ownership- Take end-to-end ownership of features (Frontend + Backend + AI).- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and design reviews.- Create clear documentation, API specifications, and architecture diagrams.Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)AI / ML- Strong hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.- Experience with LLMs, embeddings, transformers, and generative AI.- Model fine-tuning, dataset creation, evaluation, and prompt engineering.- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace Transformers.- Vector databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS.- Custom model serving using FastAPI, TorchServe, Triton, Docker.Full-Stack- Advanced React.js (Hooks, Context, Redux, performance optimization).- Strong backend development with Python.- Experience in React Native for mobile applications.Databases- Strong SQL skills with MySQL and PostgreSQL.- Database design and performance optimization.Cloud- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.- Experience with serverless, containers, and AI model endpoints.Good to Have- Exposure to analytics tools, ETL, or data engineering basics.- Experience with WebSockets, Kafka, RabbitMQ.- Kubernetes (EKS/AKS).- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.Education- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
