Job Title : Salesforce Tech lead Experience : 6+YearsLocation : HyderabadMust Have**Developing integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP, REST, and other integration methods. Creating and maintaining workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and other automation within Salesforce. Collaborating with business analysts and end-users to gather and document requirements, as well as provide technical guidance and expertise. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce applications, including debugging code, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes. Conducting unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and performance of developed solutions. Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to ensure code quality and best practices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including administrators, architects, and project managers, to deliver successful Salesforce solutions on time and within budget. Good to HaveSoftware development experience in Java, Python, or MS VBA or Visual Basic .NET Experience with Salesforce administration JSP, CSS, HTML, and/or PHP Fluent in Salesforce Query and Search Language (SoQL and SoSL) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. Salesforce certifications Experience in working with Agile Methodologies and Jira
