Job Title: Enterprise Implementation Engineer for AI Software Company


Location: Hyderabad, India - Hybrid Remote (3 days a week onsite)


Job Type: Full-Time


Role Overview: The Enterprise Implementation Engineer will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' business needs, onboarding customers, configuring our AI software solutions to meet those needs, and ensuring a seamless integration with existing enterprise systems. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of enterprise software ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives to tailor the implementation of our Enterprise AI as a Service solutions effectively.
  • Lead the onboarding and configuration of our AI software systems to align with client requirements while maintaining best practices in SaaS solution deployment.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including project planning, timeline management, risk assessment, and communication between all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the integration of our AI solutions with clients' existing enterprise software systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless interoperability.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients' teams to ensure successful adoption and proficient use of our AI software.
  • Provide ongoing support and consulting to client’s post-implementation, identifying opportunities for further optimization and enhancements.
  • Work closely with the product development team to relay client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the implementation of SaaS solutions, preferably within the AI or enterprise software domain.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in development using Python, RDBMS, React, HTML/JavaScript, Integration services, and ETL tools
  • Mapping requirements to product features and demonstrating strong debugging skills by analyzing logs.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale software implementation projects, from initial scoping to final delivery and support.
  • Strong understanding of customer data management, cloud software configuration, and integration practices with other enterprise software systems. SQL is a must have skill.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to travel as needed to client sites for project implementation and meetings.
