The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience — preferably from a jewellery or manufacturing background — and possess strong analytical and leadership skills.RequirementsKey Responsibilities Prepare and present monthly MIS reports after detailed analysis of the trial balance. Manage quarterly hard closing of accounts and coordinate annual statutory audits. Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliations. Handle insurance matters, including claims and renewals. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and PF. Coordinate and support internal audits and income tax-related activities. Lead financial forecasting and monitor key metrics including working capital and inventory levels. Prepare and manage annual budgets, track actuals vs. variances, and recommend corrective measures. Actively participate in due diligence processes during audits or financial assessments. Qualifications CA-qualified professional with 5–6 years of relevant experience. Background in jewellery or manufacturing industry preferred.
