About the Role:We're seeking a seasoned Demand Generation expert to spearhead targeted marketing campaigns and drive high-quality leads. This individual should be adept at crafting multi-channel strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute comprehensive demand generation plans across email, social media, webinars, events, and paid advertising channels.Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify target audience segments and develop personalized outreach strategies.Manage lead nurturing programs to optimize the sales funnel and boost conversion rates.Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to develop compelling marketing assets that resonate with our target audience.Analyze campaign performance data to refine our approach, maximize ROI, and ensure consistent growth.Leverage ABM and high-value lead targeting to enhance our customer acquisition strategy.Maintain and update CRM/marketing automation tools to ensure accurate lead and campaign data.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or lead generation (SaaS/IT industry preferred).Proven expertise in digital marketing channels, campaign analytics, and CRM/marketing automation platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.About Polestar Solutions:Polestar Solutions is a leading provider of data analytics and enterprise planning services.
