Medical Biller – US HealthcareExperience: 2–3 yearsLocation: Bangalore (in Office)At Levich, we partner with US healthcare providers to fix revenue problems at the root — not just run billing as a back-office task. We are looking for a hands-on Medical Biller who understands how real-world US billing works.What You’ll DoHandle end-to-end medical billing for US Primary Care practicesCharge entry & claim submissionPayment posting & reconciliationAR follow-ups & denial resolutionWork with Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers.Follow up on unpaid / underpaid claims via payer portals and calls.Ensure clean claims, reduced denials, and faster reimbursements.Maintain accurate documentation and notes in billing systems.Collaborate closely with AR, coding, and operations teams.What We’re Looking For2–3 years of hands-on experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing.Strong understanding of Primary Care billing workflows.Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, EOBs, ERAs.Experience dealing directly with US insurance companies.Ability to work independently with clear ownership.Added AdvantageExperience with Kareo billing softwareExposure to US healthcare RCM platforms such as Athena, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, or similar billing systemsWhy LevichWe are a technology and operations partner to clinics.Clear processes, ownership, and accountability.Opportunity to grow into Senior Biller / AR Lead roles.Work on solving real revenue challenges for US clinics.
