We are looking for Junior Recruitment Assistant to join our Shared Service Recruitment Team.If you are at the beginning of your career, have 6- 12 months of experience with data updating tasks and ensuring data quality, then this offer is for you You will be responsible for reviewing applications and entering the data of these candidates in the database. We will provide you with full support during the implementation process and throughout the cooperation.Your tasks:Selection of incoming job applications from our job adsRegister and update candidates in the CRM database according to our standardsEnsure that every candidate who signs up for offering Sii is registered and contributes to our candidate baseWork closely with our Regional Manager in Sii Pune regarding the prioritization of candidate registrationsKeep constant contact and cooperation with the Shared Service Recruitment team located in PolandRequirements:6-12 months of professional experience, preferably in the area of data entry in the field of HR or recruitmentCommunicative knowledge of EnglishAttention to detailsAbility to organize your work on your ownWillingness to work in 100% from the Pune office
