Automotive SoC Characterization SpecialistThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing post-silicon characterization of ARM-based micro-controller automotive SoC products, analyzing device performance and compliance with datasheet specifications, conceptualizing, designing, and implementing hardware and automation software for characterization of automotive SOCs, collaborating with chip design teams to debug silicon issues.Key Skills and QualificationsM.Tech/M.E/MS or B-Tech/B.E in Electronics/Microelectronics/VLSI.Strong electrical circuits fundamentals.Good firmware coding and scripting skills.Experience with oscilloscopes, source measure units, power supplies, and functional generators is a plus.Automating characterization using ATE or NI LabVIEW experience is also beneficial.
