Qualifications


Specific Job Description/Responsibilities


  • Develop, implement, and manage high-converting Facebook/Meta ad campaigns to drive leads, sales, and ROI for clients in specific niches (e.g., dentists, financial planners, life coaches).
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and targeting to pinpoint high-quality leads for each client.
  • Create compelling ad copy, creatives, and offers that resonate with the target audience and convert.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to continually optimize campaigns.
  • Manage large ad budgets (e.g., $10k-$100k/month+), ensuring cost-effective results and scalability.
  • Experience and expertise working with video ads production team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook Ads policies, trends, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and strategies to maximize effectiveness.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual assets that align with campaign goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular reports and updates on campaign performance.
  • Manage retargeting and lookalike campaigns, leveraging Facebook Pixel data for optimal reach and conversion.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ad disapprovals, account bans, or performance dips swiftly.
  • Use tools like Ads Manager, Business Suite, and third-party analytics platforms for precision targeting and tracking.
  • Understand and execute on the psychology of persuasion and customer journey mapping in the ads funnel.
  • Design and optimize full-funnel campaigns (cold, warm, and hot audiences) for consistent results.


Qualifications/Requirements


  • 2-5+ years of hands-on experience managing successful Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns across various niches and ideally in at least one of the following markets: US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably with high ROAS (3x+ consistently).
  • Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of media buying, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting skills to craft high-converting ad copy tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Strong grasp of data analytics and reporting, with proficiency in interpreting KPIs and campaign metrics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, ClickFunnels, and CRM platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging ad creatives (bonus for graphic design or Canva experience).
  • Experience working with niche markets, such as dentists, financial advisors, or life coaches.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads compliance policies to ensure accounts stay active and campaigns adhere to best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Passionate about marketing psychology and understands consumer behavior.
  • Mission-driven mindset with a focus on achieving impactful results for clients.
  • Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies for scaling campaigns.
  • Bonus: Experience managing ad campaigns for coaching, consulting, or online course creators.
