Elevate your career by contributing to a high-performing team focused on accuracy, compliance, and innovation.As an Asset Servicing Team Leader within Wealth Management Operations, you will oversee the end-to-end management of corporate actions, income, and class actions across global markets. You ensure timely and accurate processing, strict adherence to controls, and effective risk mitigation. You will collaborate with clients and counterparties to resolve exceptions and drive process improvements.Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations with minimal supervisionEnsure accurate and timely completion of all proceduresDemonstrate compliance with Risk and Control regulationsIdentify and deliver process improvement initiativesMaintain up-to-date documentationMonitor and resolve queries based on deadlines and urgencyLiaise with clients and counterparties to resolve exceptionsPerform root cause analysis for operational issuesDrive adherence to strict controls and proceduresTrain new joiners on process requirementsAdapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlinesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsPossess 4 years of relevant work experienceDemonstrate strong knowledge of Asset Servicing and Securities MarketExhibit proficiency in SWIFT Messages and Financial MarketsUtilize high proficiency in Microsoft OfficeApply strong analytical skills with attention to detailCommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writingOrganize and prioritize work to meet stringent deadlinesPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Lead teams and collaborate across functions and geographiesBuild effective business relationships with stakeholdersChallenge the status quo and express informed opinionsFocus on client satisfaction and timely responsesSolve problems and make decisions confidentlySupport team initiatives and foster a collaborative environmentAdapt to evolving business needs and regulatory changes
