WMS Expert

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced expert in warehouse management systems (WMS) to join our supply chain solutions team. The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise in WMS configuration, implementation, and integration, along with a solid understanding of warehouse operations.This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient WMS solutions while providing level 2 and level 3 production support, issue resolution, and process optimization.Configure, customize, and implement WMS modules covering inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into configurations, and ensure timely delivery.Provide level 2 and level 3 support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ticket management.Work on WMS integrations with third-party systems such as WCS (warehouse control systems) and MHE (material handling equipment).Perform system testing, regression testing, and UAT for enhancements and production releases.Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for all implemented changes.Participate in go-live and hypercare support, ensuring system stability and operational excellence.Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues and support end-user training as needed.Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline is required.4–6 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management systems (WMS).Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.Knowledge of SQL and debugging tools for data validation and issue analysis.Familiarity with agile/scrum methodology and tools like JIRA and Servicenow.BenefitsExperience working with global warehouse support models is a plus.OthersAbout us:We are a global digital transformation and product engineering company that enables businesses to thrive through innovation, agility, and cutting-edge technology solutions.
