We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer + Illustrator + Animator who can design across digital and hand-drawn mediums. The ideal candidate should be able to sketch garments and motifs, create watercolor-style prints, illustrate on Procreate, and produce animation-based content for our fashion brand.⸻ Responsibilities • Design digital graphics for website, Instagram, campaigns, newsletters, and print materials. • Sketch garments, embroidery concepts, motifs, and design elements (both on paper and Procreate). • Create watercolor-style illustrations, prints, and patterns suitable for sustainable wear. • Develop 2D animations, motion graphics, and animated campaign assets (GIFs, reels, brand videos). • Create illustrative elements for product launches, store openings, and seasonal campaigns. • Support collection development with concept artwork, visual ideas, and print development. • Maintain consistency with the brand's visual identity and aesthetic.⸻ Required Skills & QualitiesDesign &Illustration Skills • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate. • Ability to sketch manually on paper (freehand sketching, motifs, florals, fashion silhouettes). • Expertise in creating watercolor-style digital patterns, prints, and art elements. • Strong understanding of Indian wear, print placements, color palettes, and surface design. • Clean and expressive linework skills for both paper and digital mediums.Animation Skills • Ability to create 2D animations, character motions, logo reveals, transitions, and animated brand elements.• Comfortable with Adobe After Effects (or similar animation tools). • Ability to convert illustrations into animated assets for social media and product storytelling.Technical & Creative Abilities • Good understanding of pattern design, scaling, and seamless repeat print creation. • Strong sense of composition, layout, and typography. • Ability to translate a brief into high-quality visual output quickly. • Maintains clean file structures and efficient workflows.
