Job Opportunity:Deliver comprehensive technical support for Oracle HCM and ERP clouds, external applications, and other systems.Maintain implementation processes, configure data integrity and conversions, ensure system security, perform maintenance, enhancements, process improvements, and manage projects.Collaborate with Application Support Specialists to maintain production configurations and oversee Oracle processes.Develop tailored security roles and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence catalog access.Conduct data imports and exports, create and manage Oracle service requests, and collaborate with IT Enterprise teams.Evaluate current system utilization, recommend improvements, and provide guidance on training materials and documentation.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.At least five years of experience in Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud.Strong analytical background and experience with report writer tools, custom security roles, and data conversion.Minimum of two years' experience in ERP and HCM configuration, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and thorough understanding of functional and technical analysis.Excellent oral and written communication skills, high degree of professionalism, and ability to maintain confidential information.
