Job Description:As a seasoned professional in techno-functional consulting, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services for our Time & Attendance system. With expertise in configuring policies, profiles, pay codes, and transactions policies, you will be instrumental in driving business efficiency and productivity.Your responsibilities will include working with SQL, Java scripts, and various Workforce Software solutions to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Additionally, you will leverage your analytical skills to optimize workflows and provide valuable insights that drive business growth.Key to your success will be your ability to work effectively in teams, interact across all levels, and manage ambiguity and pressure in a fast-paced environment.Required Skills & Qualifications:A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in techno-functional consultingCertification: WFS Certification in Configuration / Integration Specialist and aboveStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
