Job Title: SAP ERP Financial Accounting (FI)


Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Ahmedabad


Experience Range: 3 - 8 Years


SAP FI - At least 1 full end to end SAP FICO Implementations of significant size, scope and complexity and minimum of 2 support projects experience

Experience in Level 1 and Level 2 support in GL, AR, AP, Bank, Cost Centre, Profit Centre and Internal Order, Asset Accounting.

Experience in Profitability Analysis

FI-SD-MM Integration

Must have worked in onsite-offshore model

Extensive experience in ITIL processes specific to Change Management Process

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & team skills


SAP CO - SAP S/4HANA CO consultants with Min. 1 E2E Implementation as lead CO Consultant,

- At Least 1 Roll out/1 Support project Experience as co Lead Consultant, Good SAP CO Configuration Skills, Must know writing Functional Specs for Complex WRICEF developments

- Expertise on Material Ledger, Actual product costing

- Experience on Overhead & Cost Accounting ,Profit Center Accounting,Product & Service Costing,Profitability Analysis,Project Accounting,Activity Based Costing,Material Ledger,Investment Management.Should have knowledge of Data migration and worked on LMSW, Should have worked in SAP support projects and knows support mode and its SLA, CSF, KRA or KPI


SAP FICO - Primary responsibilities: a) Support SAP integration, process design, evaluation, prototype, configuration, and data modelling support and provide strategic planning for SAP data integration. b) Undertakes implementation, testing development, maintenance, and enhancement of software packages and applications by utilizing software and accompanying development tools and environments. c) Assist in formulating and defining computer information system scope, objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems tailored to clients’ management requirements. d) Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written and analyse and revise existing system logic difficulties and documentation in SAP FICO. e) Assess products and solutions to deliver on customer engagements and work with AFS SAP integration architects to support business requirements with respect to FICO. f) Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP FICO Functionalities. g) Ability to understand business processes from the customer perspective. h) Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time. i) Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to junior members. j) Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Pre-requisites: Should have extensive experience in SAP as a senior FICO functional consultant. Should have a strong background with designing / developing / interfacing with SAP data targets, extractors and ASAP methodology and experience in customization of SAP FICO processes (GST End to End configuration, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order & CO-PA, Project System, Fund Center, Interfaces/System Integration). Should have cross module Function Knowledge (MM,SD,PP,FM). Should have knowledge on IDOCs; should have worked on requirement gathering and preparing functional specification, test scripts. Should have involved in implementation and support projects. COPA and PS work experience is essential Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to cope with constantly changing priorities and pressures. Desired Skills & Experience • Candidate should have expertise in FICO and should be able to provide functional solutioning. • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a FICO functional consultant. • Should be able to design new process. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time • Understanding of other modules of SAP and integration with other modules. • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with users and working at customer premises. • Must be results oriented, and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness. Good to have skills • Retail Project Experience. • SAP Concur knowledge
