Experience: 5 to 10 Years only


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain discovery patterns and probes to capture relevant information from diverse IT resources
  • Manages and improves ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Services Mapping for cloud inventory
  • Provides governance to ensure the integrity of the Configuration Management Database
  • Designs enhancements/improvements for the maturity of the CMDB and Configuration Management process and translates them into business requirements
  • Prepares and develops time estimates for new assignments
  • Works with team members to review project tasks, decides best plan of action and properly executes those
  • Leads the preparation and completion of project documentation
  • Maintains proper reports and/or prepare ad-hoc reports using available software tools

What your background looks like

  • Minimum 5 yrs of work experience with 3 years related work experience in the areas of ServiceNow CMDB
  • Hands on experience with ServiceNow Discovery
  • Good working knowledge of ServiceNow Admin
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven earlier job stability, including supporting long-term work relationships with former employers
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
