About the RoleOur team is seeking a diligent individual to assume the responsibility of conducting thorough fraud investigations.The chosen candidate will be responsible for:Performing in-depth investigations of potential fraud activity on productsClosely examining incidents received from various channels and initiating prompt investigationsGathering all pertinent information during the investigation processTaking immediate action as required to prevent financial loss and reputational damageRegularly monitoring fraud alerts and taking necessary stepsIdentifying patterns and modus operandi from the investigation and sharing insights with the analytics teamCollaborating with the analytics team, product team, and other stakeholdersProposing innovative methods/tools to enhance operational efficiency and investigation qualityThe ideal candidate should possess 1-3 years of experience in fraud operations and investigation, be comfortable making decisions and judgments, hold a graduate degree in a relevant field, and be fluent in English and Hindi.We offer competitive salaries, an extensive medical insurance package, flexible working hours, personalized vacation and leave policies, a performance-based reward system, opportunities for learning and upskilling, good food, games, and a welcoming office environment.
