The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects, coordinating with contractors and construction teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards. The role involves collaboration and communication with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met efficiently.QualificationsProficiency in Architecture and Civil EngineeringStrong skills in Project Management and ConstructionCoordination Software ProficiencyAutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (Intermediate), V-Ray/EnscapePhotoshop, InDesign, MS Office SuiteSkills & ExpertiseArchitectural Design & Drafting (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, Enscape)Project Coordination (Site + Office)BOQ Preparation & Vendor CoordinationClient Interaction & PresentationConstruction Detailing & Site SupervisionProficient in MS Project / Excel for progress trackingOther RequirementsMin 5 years of relevant experience in land development and construction project managementExperience of coordinating with civil contractors, electrical and plumbing vendorsExperience in handling vendors, manage site execution, material selectionExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fieldRelevant certification and licensure in architecture or engineering is a plus
