Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled ERP Testing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing and defining structured functional application, integration, regression, and E2E testing activities.Key responsibilities include:Defining testing cases, executing tests, managing defects, generating reports, communicating issues, developing and analyzing test plans, documenting test results, conducting release readiness reviews, and reviewing documentation.Strategizing, developing, and executing system and regression tests on company Enterprise Data.Ensuring adherence, assurance, and review of ETL / BI / ERP Unit Testing.Writing complex SQL Queries for test validation purposes.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on ERP systems, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:Technical Skills:ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)ETL / BI tools (Power BI, Cognos)Automation frameworks (Provar, Selenium, UFT)SQL Query writingCloud-based applications (Azure)Soft Skills:Excellent communication and teamwork skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracyIn addition to these technical requirements, we are looking for someone who is passionate about software testing, has a keen eye for detail, and is able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
