Job Title: DFT Architecture SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Specialist in Digital Fault Tolerant Architecture to drive the development of complex SoC/ASIC designs. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring world-class testability and manufacturability of silicon products.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital circuit design principles and fault tolerant architecture techniques. They should also possess excellent communication skills to work effectively with engineers and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement DFT architectures for multiple ASIC/SoC projects.Develop and verify features such as scan insertion and compression, ATPG pattern generation and fault grading, MBIST and Logic BIST insertion and validation, boundary scan (IEEE 1149.1/1149.6), and IJTAG (1687).Collaborate with RTL, STA, PD, and test engineering teams for seamless integration.Perform pattern generation, fault simulation, and debug test coverage gaps.Own DFT signoff, timing closure (DFT-related paths), and ATE pattern delivery.Support silicon bring-up, test vector validation on ATE, and yield optimization.Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews and training sessions.Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should have:Proven experience in digital fault tolerant architecture design and implementation.Strong knowledge of digital circuit design principles and fault tolerant architecture techniques.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience with relevant tools and technologies such as VLSI design automation software.Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
