AI Observability Infrastructure SpecialistAbout the Role:Develop and maintain AI-powered observability features on an open-source platform built with Grafana and ClickHouse.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable ML model deployment across the infrastructure.Design and manage data pipelines using Databricks and related tools to deliver business insights.Implement CI/CD and MLOps best practices for automated model deployment and testing.Deploy and manage ML infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).Set up and integrate observability systems, including MCP servers and tools.Evaluate and develop custom integrations between systems to enhance performance.Troubleshoot ML system performance and reliability issues using OpenTelemetry pipelines and metrics.Requirements:Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence (or equivalent experience).Proven experience designing, developing, and operating ML systems in production environments.Hands-on experience with large language models, Grafana, and Databricks.Strong programming skills in Python.Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).Solid understanding of observability pillars (metrics, logs, traces).Experience implementing OpenTelemetry pipelines for ML systems.Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, and monitoring best practices.
