🚀 Spectral Consultants is Hiring We are hiring for one of the world’s largest medical technology companies for the Hyderabad location. 🎯 Position: Principal PD Project Management Specialist – Scrum Master 📍 Location: Hyderabad 💼 Experience: 14 to 22 years About the Role As a Principal PD Project Management Specialist (Scrum Master) , you’ll lead complex, breakthrough software development projects — from strategy to execution. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive Agile transformation, ensure quality compliance, and partner with global teams to deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring accountability and timely delivery. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, and resources. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and cross-team collaboration. Guide Agile teams while aligning with SDLC, release, and regulatory requirements. Incorporate engineering best practices like coding standards, CI/CD, and testing. Track team velocity and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Identify and remove project impediments and foster a transparent, accountable culture. Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure compliance with design control and quality system requirements. Must Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. PMP Certification & Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) . 15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in project leadership roles . Hands-on Agile experience and strong understanding of SDLC. Experience managing enterprise software or mobile application projects. Nice to Have Familiarity with FDA Quality System Regulations , ISO 13485 , IEC-62304 . Experience using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Visio . Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills. Proven success in managing multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural teams. Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
