Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant/Manager to join our team in Goa. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and a strong background in infrastructure projects, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), and financial modeling. This role involves collaborating with government bodies, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and feasibility studies for various infrastructure projects.
  • Lead engagements with government authorities to drive project approvals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and evaluate financial models to assess project viability and structure effective funding strategies.
  • Design, implement, and manage PPP projects, ensuring alignment with client and stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide advisory and consulting services for infrastructure development initiatives, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate technical, financial, and operational insights into project execution.
  • Present findings, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management and government stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in DPR preparation, feasibility studies, and infrastructure projects.
  • Government Liaison: Proven track record of working with government entities and navigating public-sector environments.
  • Infrastructure Expertise: Hands-on experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • PPP Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Public-Private Partnership frameworks, models, and execution.
  • Financial Modeling: Proficiency in creating, analyzing, and interpreting complex financial models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
