Lead Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned and well-connected professional to fill the role of Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist.This individual will be responsible for owning and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for Oracle ERP, SCM, and Logistics roles, from initial job requisition and strategic sourcing to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent within the Oracle ecosystem.Proactively source and engage with passive candidates in the Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and Logistics space.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective interview processes.Promote a culture of excellence and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting, and hiring high-caliber professionals.
