Job Description:The Senior Software Engineer plays a crucial role in the software development lifecycle phase. This individual will lead the development efforts, closely working with the product manager to understand requirements, and own the deployments and post-go-live support.This key member of the team will be responsible for helping other developers, taking care of designs for new features, and working collaboratively in case of challenging problems. They will also work closely with QA and other development teams to provide customer-centric solutions and build a world-class Candidate Experience platform.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the product manager to understand requirements and come up with necessary designsDevelop and maintain Angular service-oriented architecture platforms from start to finishValidate requirementsDevelopment of complex SQL queriesSupport build and deploymentsIntegration/enterprise testingApplications support/troubleshooting within a production environmentProvide mentorship to junior developersRequired Skills and Qualifications:This position requires a deep understanding of modern web application technologies and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in solutioning and developing enterprise integration systems, as well as a strong background in C#.NET, MySQL, and MongoDB.A self-starter who is highly organized, hands-on, and a team player, this individual will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
