Job Role Overview:This role is focused on providing comprehensive support to the administrative team in governance, compliance and secretarial functions across the organization.Key responsibilities will include preparing notices, agendas and minutes of trustee meetings;Maintaining and updating status trackers of all activities;Ensuring timely regulatory and statutory filings;Coordinating with internal teams to collect and collate relevant data for agenda notes;Liaising with EAs/PAs of trustees, auditors, vendors and consultants as required;Monitoring regulatory updates to ensure timely compliance;The ideal candidate will have around five years of relevant experience in secretarial and compliance functions, and hold a qualification such as Company Secretary (CS) or Inter-CS.Company Secretary (CS) or Inter-CS qualificationFive years of relevant experience in secretarial and compliance functionsThis position offers competitive remuneration commensurate with experience and salary history. The work environment is full-time employment with a fixed-term agreement.
