Job Description:We have urgent opening for Assistant Purchase Executive.Location - SuratExperience - Minimum 3 YrJob Description - ·       Execute end-to-end purchase activities including indent processing, quotation comparison, purchase order issuance, and follow-ups.·       Ensure timely procurement of materials, components, and services based on production and business needs.·       Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.·       Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate terms to secure the best possible pricing and delivery schedules.·       Conduct regular vendor performance reviews.·       Optimize purchase costs through effective negotiation strategies and cost analysis.·       Assist in developing cost-saving initiatives and contribute to the overall cost-reduction goals of the organization.·       Maintain accurate records of procurement activities including POs, contracts, invoices, and delivery receipts.·       Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable statutory norms.·       Coordinate with stores and inventory departments to manage stock levels and avoid overstocking or stockouts.·       Liaise with production and planning departments for material requirement forecasts.·       Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and new suppliers to maintain a competitive edge.
